Thin walls that allow you to hear your neighbors EVERY move, morning, noon and night. Parking is assigned randomly and so not all apartments get a covered parking space. Too few dumpsters for the amount of trash being generated so garbage is constantly overflowing. Good location to high school, but this also means a lot of youngsters loitering at all hours of the night. Be cautious when choosing to rent here.
