You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors, I assume they can too.
The management is very BAD. They never take residents' interest into consideration, and this happens AFTER you move in. Before the money is paid and the contract is signed, they appear to be very kind. Be careful!

Why did I stay there for 4 years if I hated it so much? After paying move in costs, pet fees and everything else, you don't just up and move idiot! AND...there is always some hope that things would change! There was hope once the place was painted, but than it was all let go again. But, like I said...management doesn't listen. The first posting had it correct...they're all nice to you at first and once your hooked into a lease they just forget about you. This clearly is someone from Hathaway management posting this 6/20 comment! Bottom line people...there are much better complexes in Wilsonville to live in than Hathaway. Don't waste your time or money in this place. You will be kicking yourself later!
