I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes since moving to Wilsonville 13 years ago. I know everyone is going to have their share of likes and dislikes, Out of all the complexes. I would have to say Hathaway has been the most Fair. First of all, they gave me a great deal on my move in cost. (which is great during these times) The apartment is spacious and Jheri was right on top of any and everything that needed to be done BEFORE we moved in. My neighbors for the most part are pretty quiet, and as for the grounds they compare to or nicer than others in Wilsonville.
But, I must say what struck me most was the honesty and fairness. When I first moved in, there was a mix up in my rent discount. When the manager called me at first I was upset that there was a mistake, but after talking it our with Dianne she admitted the communication error and rectified the situation. Now anyone who has ever lived in an apartment community knows that when it comes down to fees, rent, discounts, and maint. etc.. pretty much what says goes, but the management took the time to listen. And for that I will choose fairness and honesty anytime. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HATHAWAY!!!
