I lived in the Illahee apartments for two years and while I loved the area, I was unhappy with the apartments and the Property Manager.
The apartment I occupied was a townhouse style and it had a MAJOR problem with dampness! I frequently found earthworms in my bedroom after a heavy rain. When I complained about the problem I was told by the Property Manager that dampness is a problem in many of their apartments and that there really wasn't anything they could do. I was also told that this is Oregon and that there is a general problem with dampness in the area. As the problem got worse, I eventually had to deal with mold and even mushrooms growing in the apartment. I moved as soon as my lease was up!
