Bad Management/ Extremely Moldy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Had reported repairs go unfixed for 6 months. Manager yelled at me over the phone when I said that it was unacceptable. She started quoting Oregon law which says roof that does not leak and a stove that works. List of repairs that went unfixed. 1. Stove top 3 burners out of 4 did not work. 2. Garbage disposal. 3. Fire alarm fell out of ceiling. 6 months of battling this, I gave up and moved. Was told that I would have a carport included in my rent. Then was charged $15 per month. Then was told to give a 30 day notice to cancel the carport. Do not forget that you will pay $20 per month for water/sewer. Told me I was responsible for my nieghbors noise level. Hello' What are you here for' No repairs No help with noise
