I just moved in September 2006...and the management has been timely and responsive. I have absolultely NO complaints. The setting is beautiful. The noise from I5 is noticeable to me...but I come from living in remote mountain areas. I have not noticed any undesireable tenant noise. I looked many places and found this environment to be my preferred choice.
I am a general contractor and designer...I found this apartment layout to be well thought out. It is small, but what do you expect from a one bedroom apartment. I am not at all disappointed.
