If you're not available for future residents then you're not available for current residents. I can't imagine this being a good thing for a resident.

I took a tour for myself around the premises and noticed there are either no street lamps or poorly lit ones at best in the parking lot. The lawn looks a bit destroyed and the buildings are showing their age, but it looks well. The river and the pond are attractive.

I agree I have called the complex many times and have only gotten someone twice. I even drove 250 miles to see the complex with an arranged meeting, just to find out they were closed when I got there.
