We sent three emails, two directly to the management company and one to the leasing office, asking about the availability of a floorplan we liked. We explained we would be signing a year lease while we looked for a home to purchase, and that we had no pets. We received no responses. If they are this indifferent to a prospective client, how well do they respond to a concern by a tenant' Also, and this is more of a concern, they are not up front regarding their non-refundable fees. We wrote a fourth email to the management company, Dalton, asking exactly how much their fee is. They have an online application form, and AFTER you pay the processing/credit-check fee, and AFTER they approve it, their application states they will then apply the amount you've already paid to the "other" fees you will owe. If you didn't want to lose what you'd already paid, you'd have to go ahead with whatever additional fees they require. Once again, and not surprisingly, they did not reply to our email. Be careful proceeding with this company.
