We found that Illahee was quite a bit cheaper then living in Wilsonville. The setting is great, and you are w/ in walking distance to the golf course!!! We both feel very safe and comfortable here. The bedrooms are a bit small, but the living area is good sized and had a great layout. Parking can be a bit of a hassel if you don't have a covered spot. I work in Portland and the wife works in Salem, Charbonneau is right in the middle. Perfect!
