Charbonneau is a charming tree-lined community with every needed ammenity within walking distance (trails, tennis, golf club w/ 18-holes, tiny marina, deli, convenience store,etc.). It's quiet and calm here (vs crazy Murray Hill in Beaverton), and the grounds are lovely. I've moved in to Illahee apartments, and couldn't be happier! Management is wonderfully friendly and responsive, maintenance super fast, and you can't beat living on the pond, listening to the fountain and watching all the ducks, geese and heron from the balcony. I talked so highly of it at work that a co-worker recently visited and moved in right away, out of a nearby complex that made her misreable. Now we both look forward to returning to peaceful homes here each night.
