Rude neighbors, even ruder leasing agents

Parents with no common sense who let the kids play in parking lots, breeze ways, stair cases, and neighbors who has no respect for other neighbors (loud music all throughout the day, partying on their balconies until the dawn), live here. Even ruder is the leasing agent, -----. Construction is horrible, and walls are very thin. I'll NEVER refer this place to even my worst enemies, and will NEVER go back.

I feel sorry for this poor soul, what a sad and miserable existence... My kids play, other kids play...

My daughter plays too, but not in parking lots. I think that was the point the original writer wanted to make. If you think letting children play in parking lots is OK, you are probably one of the people the original writer is referring to.
