Overall, we were very happy living at Sundial. My husband and I lived here for 18 months before we bought a house. The office staff is wonderful! They knew us by name and were always more than willing to help! The grounds were kept up and the place was VERY quiet. I have lived in other apartments and this is by far the quietest I have lived in. We could keep our 3rd story windows open at night because it was so quiet both at night and early morning. The grassy area for kids to play was great! Maintenance was always same day and it was never a problem to call. We did have a problem with a neighbor's barking dog, but that was handled professionally and taken care of. Overall, very impressed. The only problem with the apartments is the lack of ventilation. In our two bedroom, the bathroom was in the master, no where close to a window and the vent was a bit noisy. Regarless of how much you put the vent on, mold grew easily in these places. We had mold on our master windowsill and mold in our bathroom constantly. The ventilation from that bathroom is just a problem. Other than that, I would recommend highly.
