I have lived in a lot of apartments over the years and I have to be honest, this is really a great place to live. Of course it is apartment life and you can hear your neighbors and you need to be quiet also, but all in all I have had good neighbors and it has been very quiet here. I have a view of a beautiful courtyard and pool area with many trees in front of my apartment enough to help shade it during the summer. Really, it is the best apartment I have lived in yet and I have lived in an apartment in Seattle over looking Elliot bay, so this is saying a lot from me. I am also so very happy that Sundial apartments is now a smoke free community! Hurray for Guardian Management for taking a stand against the horrible habits of others! Wilsonville is a quiet town and beautiful and still close to Portland if you need the action. I would tell anyone that this is the place to live.
