I lived at Sundial for 3 years and it was great for a while. There was a change in managers a few months back and everything went downholl from there. The aparmtments starting looking very dirty, there was garbage everywhere, and the new staff in the office was very cold and unapproachable. It didnt feel like home anymore so we chose to move. A month after moving out, I got a bill in the mail for an outragious amount beyond what my lease stated I would be charged for. They are robbers and are trying to make money off of residents who move out of thier apartments! The walls are so thin you can hear everything from everone else! Whenever we needed something fixed in our apartment, we had to wait forever just to get it fixed, then usaully had to call them back to fix it again. The management is not child friendly nor pet friendly as they like to say they are. We would NOT recommend this place to anyone and my family and I are much happier since we moved.

This review is simply NOT true. I live at Sundial Apts and my husband and I love it here. There isn't any garbage left laying around here. The maintainence man John keeps it clean. He has fixed any repairs we've needed within one or two days. The staff here are VERY friendly. You will love Sundial for many reasons if you decide to live here.

I can not believe this review?? This is obviously the ex-manager that was fired for being dishonest with money and rents. There should be a better screening process for reviews on this site. People shouldn't be allowed to say what they want. This community is great and the staff really care.

This is simply not true! I've lived at Sundial and this is the third manager that I've had. I've never had a complaint about any of the management/employees. They are very friendly and make you feel at home. AND...there is never garbage laying around. The complex is always neat and clean. I would recommend this community to everyone. It has the highest ratings of any of the apartment complexes in Wilsonville. That should tell you something.
