The best attribute about Sundial is its staff. John our maintenance man is wonderful and the the best asset Guardian has at Sundial. He has gone out of his way and on his own time to repair an issue we had. He once found homework papers that had fallen out of my son's car - about an hour after the wind had scattered them - he collected them and brought them to our apartment. He even carries dog treats to make good on the claim of being "pet friendly".

The noise level is a problem, but it is an apartment after all. We highly recommend living at Sundial.

and now John is gone and the new guy is not very friendly and it takes him a while to fix something. took 3 days to fix my kitchen sink. made it a little difficult to do anything in there.
