Nice Layout, Great Grounds and Staff

I've been living here for a few months and really enjoy it. The apartment is spacious and the layout makes sense - not like other apartment buildings where it seems they don't think about how someone lives in an apartment vs. how someone lives in a home.
I live on the ground floor, so on the days we had 100 degree weather, my place was cool. The patio with French doors leading from both the living room and master bedroom is nice; however, I must admit I don't really use it. Kitchen is a galley kitchen which is good enough for me. What I like, too, about the kitchen is there is a separate dining area so you are completely separated from the living room. The flooring in the kitchen, dining area, and two baths is like a hard marmoleum that looks like a laminate floor. It cleans nicely and it's nice to have in areas where you're prone to spill something.
The master bedroom is a good size; the second bedroom is perfect for an office or a nursery/child's bedroom, but if you had two children (for example), it might be tight. The closet in the master bath is huge - if you don't have a dresser, you don't need one it's that big. I like the fact that the master bath is a stall and not a tub. I don't use the other bathroom, so it's not to not have to clean two bathrooms (although the second, larger guest bath) gets a weekly rubdown in case guests come over.
Having my own washer and dryer is really nice and there is a linen closet adjacent to them, so folding towels, blankets, and sheets is not a chore when I just open a door and stack them in there. There is also a nice, small closet for coats and jackets in the hallway. You have a storage locker outside your unit; it's not as big as I've had at another apartment in Wilsonville four years ago (before I was laid-off and had to move to another state), but it works.
The parking is a problem; some people park on the side of the road - where you can park, but it makes two-way traffic a little more like a squeeze play. Plus, I think because more dual-working parents live in apartment complexes now, you have at least two cars (most of the time), so it's not really the complex's fault. I'm sure, in a few years, they'll find a solution.
If you're a pet owner, they have pet pots, where you can get free baggies for your pet and then drop off the filled baggie into the pot.
My neighbors, who have moved out, were quite loud. But, as someone said, that's apartment living. I would say the construction is typical for the apartment; it seems a lot of these complexes in Wilsonville were built at the same time, and they use the same cabinetry (as it seems the style was in vogue or something).
