John the ex-grounds person needs to come back. The place has really gone down hill and needs a complete overhaul. It needs painting, decks replaced and apartments updated for what they are asking for rent. The garbage area is always a mess now which you never had to deal with when John was there. I don't plan on renewing my lease this time.
