Town Center Park

Noise an issue but otherwise ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Noise is a big issue here at town center, lots of families with no parental control that let their kids run up and down the stairs, parking is very difficult, if you have guests over they are supposed to park on the street, you are only supposed to be able to park in the parking lot with a pass, however this is not enforced, so this makes parking difficult, the fixtures are cheesy and the cable wiring is horrible for solid high-speed connections. The location is great, the center of WV right next to the park, the office staff and maintenance are also wonderful and very helpful, most of the residents are pretty nice, there however are a few white trash residents that drag a shopping cart or two here every now and then because they are too lazy to return them, if you are looking for a good location in WV at a great price, Town center park is worth taking a look at even if there are some downsides to it.
