Hey all. I've lived here for several months now and IMO, this is a decent affordable pick for south Wilsonville. This place was built in the early 90's but well built. I moved here primarily because my previous apartment was getting too expensive, and I wanted something managed by the same management company. Summit Management took over this place pretty close to August 2006 and has made some great improvements since then. The previous management, which I believe was Pinnacle (who sucks) IMO, should be the sole bearer of all the negative comments made in July 2006 and prior. Improvements I've seen are:

*landscaping is trimmed
*garbage area smells comparably better, is lit at night, and now has a keyed entry and security cameras (illegal dumping was an issue)

The floors must be that concrete/gypsum stuff because they don't squeek and are good at buffering sound (I live in a top floor apt.). There is a mix of ages and incomes; mostly people who just can't afford a house payment because of the cost of houses! The only utility paid here is garbage which really, is standard in the area anymore.

Downsides: parking. I only have one car so I don't have issues of finding a place to park.

Another downside is it is kind of dark around the property, but if the covered and lighted parking goes in, this will be a big improvement.
