I am very unhappy about the lack of response from the Maintenance team. I have an extreme emergency with water leakage. Water is leaking into my apartment from the outside. I called the Emergency beeper twice and no response. I called and left a voice mail for the Main office at 11:30PM (Saturday). I had to call the office again the next morning at 11AM (Sunday)to see if they received my voice mail. Main office confirmed the receipt of my voice mail. My phone call was returned at 5:30pm (over 24 hours from my initial call) with the front office telling me she (-----) was busy showing new apartments & is just now having the time to call the Maintenance crew at home. The other excuse I received is that the Emergency beeper was low on batteries. An Emergency beeper should be checked on a weekly basis. After 6 attempts to call the Main office, no one has called me back.

You should make sure to document that you tried so many times to get the leak taken care of. It will really suck if the apartments try to charge you for damage. Get their e-mail address, explain your complaint in great detail, and then print out the page that shows you sent it. That way, they can't claim later that the water damage was your fault.

Wow I was looking to rent in this complex because it looks so beautiful but I would hate to move from one nightmare to another. Thanks for the review
