Management is horrid..... not worth the beautiful grounds for the $$$ and hassle

The management here is awful, they office staff never answers the phones and rarely calls back even if you do leave a message. Living downstairs is horrible, the ceilings and walls are paper thin. The neighbors can be as loud as they want and management will do NOTHING about it. There is very little parking, as there are very few parking spots and people with several cars think that they should park all of them right in front of the buildings. We have litterally 3 buildings with 10 spots out front. The workmanship on the interior of the apartment is not great. The floors are chipping, have had to have both microwave and dishwasher worked on, and this is a new unit. The playground had wasps flying around in the bark chips for months... and a couple of nails sticking out of a broken piece of wood on the side. We can't get dish because of the location of our unit but were not informed of that before moving in, also, the ONLY cable choice that is offered has very few channels and is expensive for what is offered. You even have to pay $25 per month for an air conditioner, with a 6 month mandatory lease on it ( since when do we need an air conditioner for 6 months in Oregon!)
I would not reccomend this complex, despite its appearance. Not worth all of the trouble.
