Okay so when I moved it I was fairly satisfied. The area is pretty quiet (inside and out of the apartment). There is pretty much everything you need near by (24 hour grocery store, 24 fast food and Costco) But I started to notice a smell, it smells like garbage, and it isnt the dumpsters. I think it is from a treatment plant down the river a bit. So I couldnt open the windows to get "fresh" air. Other than exact location, this isnt their fault. The 3 things I hated most was the cheap quality of things inside the apartment. EVERYTHING was cheap, new, but VERY cheap! I hated the fact that I had to pay for my water. It isnt even measured fairly. They admit that there is ONE pipe that the whole complex shares. So if there are 12 units in one complex you share 1 meter. So it is divided EQUALLY between everyone. If you live alone and hardly use any water, OTHERS benefit because you pay for yours and the equal amount that everyone else uses. It isnt fair! If you were on vacation and used 0gallons of water you would still pay the same amount that everyone else does. Management also sucks. They have no power, the only thing they can do is make you feel bad and stress you out. Never is it their fault. Never is it their responsibility to manage things. All they care is you pay your bills on time and if you are going to leave, GET OUT! If you have problems, deal with it until someone has time to "care". To be honest I had to leave because I couldnt afford the water bill. I used to pay 40/month (which is more than my home-owner friends) but when people started to fill up the 4 open units, my bill jumped up to 85 dollars! I might as well find a better apartment that includes water and is bigger for that extra 85 dollars. Seriously. Everyone else should too.
Besides all of that I want to say that the person who got me into my apartment was awesome. She was so nice and understanding and saw things from my point of view. Well she is gone (I dont know where she is) but there is a new guy now and he is a complete jerk. He isnt even professional. He just started and acts like he hates his job. On my move out day, there was no phone call, he never told me what time I would have to be out, what needed to be done. I had to walk over there and ask him. it was 3:30. He told me I had to be out by 5! An hour and a half! I will never recommend this place to anyone, not for any reason. Infact, I will talk them out of it and go with them and make sure they find a better place.
