Apartment was ok,but staff is no help if you have a problem. Read your lease if you break your lease for any reason it will cost thousands of dollars in fees. They will charge you for any and everything and will not work with you. I received a very unprofessional nasty letter from the Vice President of the company after I sent a letter (as I was told to do by their collection agency) explaining that because of a job transfer I had to break my lease. I am sure I am not the only person that has had this problem they are crooks.

My Guess! Read the lease agreements! My understanding in apartment renting is that YOU SHOULD ALWAYS READ THE LEASE! My question is! Why did you not have your company pay your lease break fee? Did you remember the fee? Most companies will take care of it if you are worth the move. I have always enjoyed my stay here! If I ever needed anything they are very helpful.

I totally agree. I lived there for 4 years and although the unit was nice and grounds kept up. the managaement was inconsistent and I saw 4 different managers while I lived there. Deborah was the only one who showed any interest in our concerns with the water bill or maintenance issues. But in the end her hands were tied so I called to speak with the corporate office (which is right upsatirs from Bally's but you wouldn't know It)they were rude unprofessional and truly make you feel like your inferior. I was NEVER rude just wanted some answers to questions. and both times was hung up on. Also as a WARNING keep in mind you have to mail your rent in. Even though the office is upstairs, so if it is a holiday or you dont mail your rent check in 10 days befor rent id due they WILL chrge you a late fee.. NO EXCEPTIONS. I was told that this was because a previous employer was stealing checks. (IS that our fault?? Do your background checks on your employers you have the funds!!) Villag at Main is a Big Ripoff. If you don't mind overpriced water bills, maintenance that takes forever and unprofessiona personnel I would suggest you stay. And the only reason I stayed so long is because I have children in school and did not want to uproot them... PLEASE READ ALL OF THE CONTRACT B4 SIGNING. It is almost impossible to adhere to all the rules...Thats it (Just being honest)

I absolutely agree with the 2/12 review. Management is awful. They are worried only about your rent check and do not care about your comfort or care. They try to do enough to get by but many times they don't even arrive at that. The maintenance staff is horrible and the manager is terribly unfriendly. I would not recommend this place to even someone I disliked!

Looks like a lot of repeat postings to me. Well, i have been at the Village for 4 and half years and have found the Staff to be efficient and friendly.
