Traffic is not monitored enough. The stop signs are constantly run, speeding is a problem, and lots of kids are around. An accident is imminent. Playgrounds need a posting of what is expected and allowed. Weapons of any kind should not be allowed on the playgrounds. There are signs posted at the pool, so why not play areas ' Also, vandalism and theft have occured here.

The management does not reply to concerns in a timely manner, or at all.....Noisy neighbors are a problem in some areas, and should be dealt with. Management overall is average.

I have lived at Village at Main Street for 3 years and have not experienced these issues as listed. I find the Community to be well managed and the staff responsive. I wonder why the parents are not supervising their own children???? It really is not the manager's job to watch the children.

I agree that parental supervision is a problem, but when the manager is aware of who is causing the issue, and takes no action to resolve it, it does become their responsibility. I did speak with the mgr. twice about a certain family, and eventually had to confront them myself. If you haven't experienced some of these issues, it may be that you live in a different area, and also that many new residents have been moving in.

I totally agree with loosingsleep...we lived in that hellhole for over two years and suffered at the hands of "indifferent parenting" CONSTANTLY also. No sense in calling the cops...there's NO NOISE ORDINANCE in Clackamas County. Fortunately, we were able to convince the police to at least have a word with our neighbors, and reality finally sunk in that we were through just "putting up with it". If we weren't being held hostage to a lease with an over $7000 fee to break, we would have moved sooner than we did. Be careful what you sign up for!!
