I read the latest rating for my community and cannot believe what it said. I have lived here for 5 years and I love it! Parking is convenient, and the grounds are so beautiful. For someone to say that the grounds are tasteful but nothing special is ridiculous! It is the prettiest community I've seen and I disagree that it is average compared to others! The staff are very professional. Yes, you may not always get a person on the phone, but when I leave a voice mail, they respond in a timely manner. The maintenance team responds quickly and they do a great job. I hope anyone who visits my community takes the time to tour the property and the apartments. See for yourself that some things you read are not accurate.

Finally, someone states the truth! Mostly angry people use this tool for venting because they are generally unhappy with life. We love it here, the Staff is exceptional and maintenance is very efficient.

My life is just fine.....And as I first stated, I have had no problems with the maintenance people. And it's great if some of you have had great experiences here. We have not since day one of moving in. We were not given the services expected, and then offered less than acceptable compensation. We have CONSTANT noise from the neighbors, inside and out, not to mention that they destroy property on a regular basis. These particular children have already been reprimanded by the staff, but it continues. I would be giving a warning to the family, and then an eviction. I have to add also that we are not the only residents who are irritated by this. As I said before, we pay too much money to not have a nice environment to live in.

I can't believe how people like the management at Village! When I first moved in one of the rules I looked forward to was the no dogs rule. I love dogs but hate people that don't train them or don't pick up after them. Sometime during our lease the dog rule changed without any notice. Our new neighbors moved in with a giant Lab and 2 tiny rat dogs. The small dogs constantly came into our yard through the fence to terrorize our cat. After many complaints management did absolutely nothing. Our lease was up and I got out as fast as I could.

TO ANONYMOUS #1..The WHOLE REASON a person is "angry" is because they can't get their issues resolved. Apparently, YOU have not experienced the same life experiences the rest of us have had to face with tennants that just plain DON'T GIVE A DAMN about their neighbors peace of mind, what their children are destroying, and an office staff that only seems to care about one thing...making money on another apartment, instead of checking out and evicting tennants who are a problem!!!THEY don't have time for that. Oh, by the way, MY LIFE IS JUST FINE NOW......
