The reviews almost scared me away from this place. I think it depends where in the complex you live and if you can handle a family living above or aside you. I just moved in a few days ago and from what I have experienced, this place doesn't seem that bad at all. The resident next to me doesn't turn off her T.V. until about 11:45pm and its pretty loud BUT only when I'm outside smoking. As soon as I go inside, I don't hear anything at all. Mid-morning to about 8pm though, I can hear my neighbor's kids above me, but would you expect less from a family, let alone kids. As for maintenance, I just had one come over today to fix something and it was done in less than 7min...that seems pretty good to me. For management, the only experience I have is when applying and getting the apartment. It was okay at best, but there were a lot of times when I felt like I wasn't welcomed or they just wanted me to finish and go. I'll be writing an update a few months from now; who knows if I may agree with almost everyone else.

You are right to be skeptical. I lived there over two years. At first I found it to be a pleasant place to live, until my upstairs neighbor decided to make it her party house with Boise stereo and all. People up and down the stairs all hours of the day and night, including visitors all hoursa of the day and night...talk about an on-going nightmare for a person who needs their rest to perform a stressful job 5 days a week. After numerous phone calls to the office, I was considered "a nuisance". Nothing was ever done to resolve my problem, not even an eviction notice, which she should have received AFTER the 3rd warning....even the police are USELESS because there is no NOISE ORDINANCE in Wilsonville...finally she moved, but the next set of neighbors above me weren't much better. IF the flooring had more insulation, it might be liveable, but I ended up moving into a townhome for peace and quiet. This way, I KNOW whose walking above me!

Wow, in Wilsonville huh? I think I may have thought too high of this city. But yea, I do understand somewhat what you feel with the management, to a certain extent. I came home at 1am tonight and on my way to my door, I noticed my upstairs neighbor had their T.V. on pretty loud, windows open, etc. But again, I didn't hear it as soon as I was inside and its a Friday so I can't always expect it to be peace and quiet. Other than that though, I'm glad you got the issues you were having "fixed", hopefully I won't have to do something as drastic as that in the future. Thanks for replying.

I live there for two years and love the unit. I lived in the newer part of the development, though. The management is another story. They don't give a rat's ass about you once you sign the contract and will steal your deposit from you when you move out.

Okay, so I have been waitin for 3 weeks to have a maintenance request done, something about them being short handed I was told. The maintnance manager is totally rude and when I tried to pay my rent he was screaming in the office at another worker.
