Cannot agree with the previous poster more! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We have lived here for a little over a year. When we moved in, it was a classy place to be. The management was by Norris and Stevens and changed recently to Summit. Since the change, things have gone downhill - weeds, increase in noise, placing costs on things that used to be free as a convenience to the tenent. Storage is scarce. Uncovered (aka free) parking is ok where we live but looks difficult in other spots. Had air conditioners that we owned taken out last year and they took them to their maintenance garage even though the boxes were right next to each window! Very expensive for what you get! Our lease comes up soon and we will be moving out like many people have done.
