Read your agreements very carefully. I would recommend going to a place that does not charge you for every little detail. The first magament group was fair reasonable when dealing with disputes.
The new management that took over in 2004 increased rent by 12.5%, has not maintain the same standards in landscaping around the aparments in back, and are difficult to deal with requesting repairs.
Each year the rental agreement is charging more (increase a 1 year lease by over $1200 a yr for a few years now). Ultimately, I can not afford to live here any more so I will be moving out in three months when my lease is up.
If you break your lease early they charge an extra months rent, any "discount" they gave you at the beginning of your lease, plus about $300.
