Canyon Creek Apartments 44% Recommended May 07 2008: Don't count on the management helping you out with ANYTHING! This place has terrible customer service, and the staff is very rude. Parking is horrible and everyone (including us) complains of the mold growing inside the rooms. They tell people Bridge Creek 21% Recommended May 06 2008: we have lived here for over 2 years and each time our lease runs out they raise the rent by $100. when I moved in i was paying $850, we now are looking at $1050. Illahee at Charbonneau 58% Recommended May 06 2008: We sent three emails, two directly to the management company and one to the leasing office, asking about the availability of a floorplan we liked. We explained we would be signing a year lease while we looked for a home Canyon Creek Apartments 44% Recommended May 05 2008: These apartments have a very deceiving appearance. Although they look new and nice to live in, when you actually move in you realize there is a terrible mold problem. Unless you constantly clean the apartment spotless with mildew cleaners, there Town Center Park 46% Recommended Apr 29 2008: It is the wrose place I have EVER lived! Rent continues to go up with NO improvements! Fence falls down and they just fix that part rather than FIX THE FENCE! Noise is horrible and managers do nothing about it |
