Very happy here

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
We have a 2 BR and are very happy with it as our first apartment. Light and airy, the AC and heat work well for the few months we actually have the windows closed. The landlord and super are very nice and helpful. The building is safe and comfortable and the other tennents are pleasant. Washer/dryer is sometimes busy when we need it but overall this is a nice place to live.
