The house itself was wonderful - big rooms, lots of windows. The landlord, though, had a lot to be desired. He had one of the sewer lines break in the basement. He told us to clean it up - we didn't. He did not clean it up quickly. He also ruined my rug (covering it with sewage), which he promised to replace. Not only did he not replace the rug, he never returned our deposit, though the house was clean. There was never a letter sent. Nothing. Landlord can't be trusted.
