GREAT STAFF / PLACE TO LIVE - I lived in riverbend for about two years and the one thing I will miss was the two ladies that worked in the office. They were always fun to talk to and always ensured my questions were answered. The pool was a good chill spot in the summer. I like having my own washer/dryer in the unit as well as central air. Don't bother - My husband and I moved into Hidden Village March of 2010 and absolutely loved it. The office staff were courteous, helpful and very friendly. When we had a maintenance need it was immediately filled and our neighbors were pleasant and quiet. Mrs. Shaw - I really loved living there, and the management and maintance staff was outstanding. The apartments were nice and roomy and the area was quite. Don't Live Here - I've lived here over 2 years in the new side. I thought it was nice at first, but last year they raised the rent $40 a month on top of the already steep rate.
