We haven't had any trouble with the staff. They have been nice. Maintenance is always available and attentive. Expect the least amount of work to get the job done though. They seem busy and do prioritize so if a big job can be temporarily put off by doing a patch job consider it done.

For the most part the neighbors are quiet. There's always that one apartment out of the entire building who has to ruin it for everyone by blasting their music etc.... If you complain they will tell them about it but you have to be persistent as the rule to evict isn't held up to standard.

If your apartment is near the parking lot expect to be disturbed at all hours including 2 AM and 6 AM by car alarms that go off for quite some time and on a regular basis.

Other than these fall backs it is a nice area. It feels pretty safe. We didn't have any mice or cockroaches like the other review mentioned but now I am going to keep my eyes open.
