The office Manager is super nice..

My experience in the community was terrible. The Property Manager Mr. Zartler is a complete idiot filled with contradictions and lies. If you can get past him, the office manager, Sandy is wonderful, she holds the place together. The buildings all have issues, vermin, no hot water, insufficient heat but for cheap what do you want.

I have never had a hot water issue and I have lived here over 2 years. Actually I have to turn the hot water down to a minimum because it's too hot. Maybe it depends on the building you are in.
