We lived there for a year and had very little problems. The managment was ok. The only problem we had was parking. There are limmited parking spots. Also our neighbors were a little noise. Overall the apartment was nice and very affortable.

Tenants shouldn't hold parking against Allen Gardens. You did come look at the facility - right? I always visit a place different times a day so I can get a feel for the place. If you would have drove through the community later in the day you could have seen the parking situation.
