We've been here a little over a year and love it hear. The office staff, especially Sandi is great. The maintenance team is great too. We have a first floor apartment with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We have two bedrooms and plenty of closet space. There is plenty of parking by our unit, we have spots and no parallel parking is needed. The dumpster is close and gets emptied on a regular basis. The rules and regulations aren't too bad. A few are tough, but they do this to keep the living experience fair for all. The only gripe we have is the heating and windows. The windows are terrible - they leak air which causes you to lose your heat. They are starting to replace windows though. Other than the windows and heat the living experience is fine here. I have read the other comments and people claim that there are bugs and mice - we have seen very few bugs - no more than a homeowner may see. So if you are looking for an apartment in the Allentown area that has a great staff and is close to 78, 22, and the turkpike, close to the LV Hospital, the malls, grocery stores, gas stations, and pretty much anything then Allen Gardens is the place for you. And for the people that commented negatively they need to realize that apartment living will never be perfect but in the year that we have been here we have been quite happy and we are not planning on leaving for a while.

Mr.Z is an idiot,I agree the office staff is great.Residents living here for awhile should have new windows installed not replace windows when apartments become empty. You could be here 10 years before your windows are replaced. A/C in long term residents aprtments are Antiques new residents move in and get new A/C with thermostat control more cost efficent for residents.Glad you have parking
