The location here is excellent, with several different routes to anywhere. You?re kind of in the middle of it all, but "secluded" between corn fields, a veterans cemetary, and an office/industrial park. Also, you can have pets here (cats and dogs). Now the bad: The apartments are in mediocre condition. And most of that falls upon the maintenance department which does such poor work (as 'directed' by head of maintenance). It?s really pathetic. And that?s when things do happen to get worked on at all. Considering rent costs, that?s poor management. These apartments have such terrific potential, but management and maintenance do extremely little to encourage that. Now, the so-called amenities of the community are highly overrated by their advertisements. You must pay for the pool pass! The playground is pathetic. The landscaping is really only nice right by the office. And the fitness center, well, god only knows. Anyway, I still do recommend it despite all this. It?s because of location (note too that even with an Allentown address, it?s the Catasaqua School District). Location! But I forewarn any such people of what to expect with all these negatives. You weigh the pros and cons and decide.
