My husband and I lived there for 1 long year. The model shown to us had nice plush carpet and normal walls. Our apartment had painted paneling and the cheapest carpet possible. Maintenence never fixed anything but mearly duct taped it and painted over it. They rented to HUDD trash who let their children run wild to pee on our front porch. When we told them we were not staying another year after our lease was up, they charged us $100.00 and then wrote on our returned security deposit that we had left because we could not afford the housing. What a joke! We moved to a much more upscale townhouse complex for $200 more a month. Nothing but liars in the rental office.
