I've have lived in Allendale for over 3 years now, and I honestly could not think of any other rental community I would want to live in. I looked at a lot of other rental communities in the area and NONE compared to Allendale, which is why I choose Allendale. The office staff are friendly and professional, the maintence crew are top notch! Anytime I need something fixed they immediately attend to the problem. It is a great place to live for those who have kids and pets. The neighbors are nice and friendly and actually take an interest in the place they call "Home". Unlike other rental communities where it is obvious that the renters don't give a hoot. Of course, as there is in any rental community, there are some "Rift-Raft" occassionly that happen to slip through the screening process, because they lie on their applications, but they are immediately addressed and evicted. The management and the residents of the community have a low tolerance for those types and they don't last very long at all.
