I moved in a 3 bedroom townhouse with two other roommates this year. So far I really like it here. It's VERY safe, which is extremely important to me. Parking is never a problem. We called maintence two times so far and our issues were fixed the very same day. I do agree with what I read about the upkeep of the house. Whoever, painted did a horrible job and our carpet isnt the best, but we keep it clean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is wonderful! There are no bugs...which is also very important to me!!!!!! Overall, I enjoy living here and am looking into a one bedroom when my roommates move out.

I have to agree. I moved here in August and couldn't be happier with Allendale. The one bedrooms are great. The neighbors here are extremely kind and say hi. This is my 3rd apt in the ABE area and this is way superior.
