We are in our eigth month here. As said a few times below, the model apartment is much different than the one we actually rent. The carpets in ours are older than we are, and we have painted paneling as well. The windows are extremely drafty, and our bedrooms are several degrees colder than the rest of the apartment.

Luckily we have not yet had any problems needing the maintenance staff. The office staff has made several errors about our rent, and we have to call several times to fix their errors. The floor is paper thin and we can hear our downstairs neighbors' television as clearly as we can hear our own, although we have never hear the neighbors to either side.

The grounds themselves are wonderfully maintained. The playground is new. I feel safe walking my dogs late at night. There are also many places to walk the dogs on the grounds, that are specifically for dogs. The neighbors are friendly, and keep to themselves.

I have to agree on the bedroom being cold. The glass door doesn't help. I look at it this way though at least in the summer it won't be so hot. We actually got new carpet when we moved in so no complaints there. We are actually looking to stay here for another year. Except move into a 2 bedroom.
