Lived on first floor and extreme noise eminated from the floor above and other tenants in the building. Upstairs neighbor was not cooperative in keeping the noise down after hours. Lease has a list of "do nots" but Apartment Manager did not enforce many of the provisions. Items stolen from rented space, dogs walk and appear on premises even though there is a "no dogs" allowed sign, cars enter complex at speeds in excess of five mile per hour limit, soliciters ring bells even though they are not allowed, cars damaged and equipment stolen, bottled gas grilles stored on patios are dangerous. Irritating odor from nearby Doane's Pet Supply plant is prominent daily.
