I lived here when these apartments were new. The apartments are beautiful but I agree with the other posters who commented on the noise. You could hear absolutely everything in these apartments. Even just people talking in their apartment. I lived in a second floor unit so didn't have the overhead noise but I could hear everything from the neighbors below me. The smell from the pet food plant across the road can be nauseating on a humid summer day but on most days it's not that bad. The location is nice, was nicer when I lived there because the huge development next to it now was a soybean field then. The worst part about my experience there was that when I moved in I had an 18 yr old cat, which was allowed when I moved in. Then the following year when I went to renew my lease I was told they were not renewing for any pet owners and were going to be a no pet community. That really sucked because despite the noise issue I loved the apartment and the location enough to want to stay there. They wouldn't grandfather anyone who lived there already with pets in and everyone had to move. I know it's a business, but that was really cold. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
