I lived here for one year. The lady in the office was definitely related to the -----. I had a leak from the 2nd floor apt that destroyed my closet (many pairs of shoes). I came home one day reached in to the closet for something and heard a slosh. carpet was soaked-the bathroom ceiling was rotted due to this slow leak. The non english speaking maintenance men came in a knocked out a big section of the roof-couldn't fix it, covered it with a piece of wood and called it a day, or shall I say 6mo until my lease was up. No one paid for the shoes cuz i didn't have renters insurance. (big lesson i learned in life, it was my very first apt) My apt got broken into and numerous items were stolen. i was on the first floor and they just came right in the window. when i reported it the ----- in the office said oh yea, you need to have bars in the windows or they can come right in. I didn't realize this was prison and not an apt. The neighborhood was grimy, lots of bugs. Very unsafe, parking lot not well lit, absolutely nothing secure about it. The apt was huge, that was a plus. i don't think I will ever find a place that big again.
