My apartment is big, always have parking in the back, noise is usually caused by me, my neighbors are dead silent!
but safety i always see people strolling in parking lot, always have to keep my balcony light on, an park right in front of it, so light is on my car!
my door, has scraping like if soemone was tryin to get in..
i dont like that..and it makes me very uncomfortable..
but maintenance is always on pt, come when ever needed, just the roach problem.. i hate bugs... there gone now, but i see one every once in a while..
btu over all im satisfied :]
