After living here five years, I've had my car damaged twice and a rock tossed at one window. I am a single white person living here. Most of my neighbors don't know how to be respectful to the others that also live in the building. The guys below would play their music so loud I couldn't watch TV in the living room. Cups would move across the table from the vibrations. The neighbors across the hall do the same thing. I can even hear their bass back in my bedrooms. I would ask the guys below to turn it down and they would until the next day. When I started to blast through the bedroom floor, I had enough and would pound on the floor with a hammer.
They moved and a nice quiet couple moved in. If only I could get the guy across the hall to tone it down, maybe I could watch tv in the living room like most other people do.
The roaches come and go. Just keep the place clean.

For where it is at, the place is huge. It's almost as big and my lst place and that had two bedrooms.
