I lived here from Feb 06 to Feb 07 this is the worst place i have lived. The maintenance was for nothing they fixed the sink fixtures for me and left a mess in the bathroom and kitchen. These guys dont know crap about professionalism nor do they speak much english. When I moved in they left a bunch of hardware(door knobs and such)in the kitchen. They have a HUGE and i mean HUGE cockroach problem. I am not the cleanest person in the world but when the buildings (and yes all the buildings) are as infested as they are it doenst matter how clean you are. Talking about the previously reviewer the snow storm we had on Feb 14th They plowed one lane through each street which left about a car length between the rear of my car and where they plowed, I tried several times to get over this snow but couldnt get my car out. I seen the guy with the plow truck and asked if he was going to plow another lane through as there waqs a lot of ground between my car and where they plowed the one lane and he looked at me like i was ghost and "what for'" so my point is these people have no right owning any buisness. If they got rid of the roaches and got all new staff it wouldnt be so bad as the apts are decent. Luckily they do have a firewalls because half of my building was burnt down at 2043 S.Fountain. although i did have some smoke damage at the bottom of my closet. I would strongly recommend renters insurance. oh and did i mention the HUGE cockroach problem' Funny how i dont have any at my new apt in bucks county. These apts are foul dont come here.
