When I lived there, one of the balcony's caved in. Also the bars are so spaced small kids can get stuck in them, or even get through them & fall to the ground. I had to turn this complex into the health department for mold. They also didn't have screens or put up blinds. They ignored maintenance requests. There was once an air conditioner built into the walls in the dining room & master bedroom, they put a piece of plywood over the spot, you could still see outside on the uneven edges, talk about a high heating bill in the winter, not to mention the apartment by far means was not weatherized, think cracked windows, sliding door that does not shut all the way and door to apartment not heavy & secure. Brat kids outside throwing stuff at your car, sitting on your car, etc... Stressful place to live!
