We visited the apartments to look for a one bedroom apartment. the building was beautiful. It looked like a luxury apartment that might be in Manhattan or New York City. They were big and the views were a knockout. The area was not very nice. It was in the middle of an industrial area and the streets were dark and desolate. I would not walk there alone night or daytime.
It is a bargan at the price but if I have to worry about the safety factor it is not for me.
