the good definitely outweighs the bad. no job relocation clause in the lease and they're not flexible about this. so if your work may cause you to move at an inconvenient time of year, beware!

About the previous comment, could you tell me more about the apartment. I'm considering moving there. Any problems with the neighbors or crime. Anything you can tell me is greatly appreciated.
